General Notary FAQ
A mobile notary public is a state-commissioned official (like me!) who travels to your preferred location to perform notarizations.

As a mobile notary, I can provide convenience by providing door-to-door notary services. As it is a convenience I offer, my travel time and the cost is calculated as a travel fee.

Apostille FAQ
An apostille is a certificate that authenticates the origin of a public document. It allows documents issued in one country to be legally recognized in another.
1. Notarization: Your document must be correctly notarized by a commissioned notary.
2. Certification: The notarized document is submitted to the California Secretary of State for the Apostille certificate.
3. Translation (if required): If the destination country does not speak English, the document and Apostille may need to be translated by a certified translator.

1. Documents That Require Apostille
- The document must be original or a certified copy (e.g., a birth certificate from the vital records office).
- I’ll review your document to make sure it meets the apostille requirements.
- If the document needs to be notarized, then we will go through the initial notarization process before the apostille.
2. Valid Photo ID If Notarization Is Required
- ID is only required for signatures that need to be notarized.
